    Technical Recruitment Manager

      The Technical Recruitment Manager will work closely with our clients to understand the hiring need and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and entire recruitment processes. Develop recruitment strategies and recommendations. Manages Technical Recruitment & HR functions to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting: process from sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, to offer negotiation. Hires technical IT professionals in Oracle ERP, SaaS, RPA, SAP, Data Scientist, Cloud Engineers. Requires a solid understanding of latest software technologies – Oracle apps, Business intelligence, Data Warehouse, Computer Vision. Will be responsible for directly sourcing and recruiting candidates. Managing existing and new clients and establish a good vendor network. Develops and implements recruiting plans while minimizing cost per hire. Coordination of Interview Scheduling, Offers, and other Pre-Employment processes. Proven ability to build partnerships with clients. Ability to partner with existing Oracle and Cloud business clients to meet the needs of the project. Solid ability to manage both, candidate and clients hiring manager throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Work with recruitment tools, including ATS, resume database software, internet sourcing tools and Linkedin. Assess candidates to ensure qualification, experience match, and overall compatibility with client requirements. Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates. Responsible for ensuring HR policies and processes comply with all applicable federal, state laws. Prepare offer letters, coordinate with Payroll department, Visa, I-9, tax processing. Work with vendors, US Citizens, Permanent residents (Green card), W2, 1099, Corp-to Corp.

      Requirements:
      Bachelor’s degree required plus minimum of 5+ years of Full Life Cycle recruiting experience. Knowledge of HR processes. Should have capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirements. Exceptional understanding of sourcing practices including: search engines, Boolean strings. Expertise in sourcing candidates using job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Career Builder and other Job Portals. Previous experience in recruiting for various skills, Hardware/Software solutions, Oracle, ERP, Cloud, IT/Security, Software and Web developer/engineers. Experience using applicant tracking system (ATS). Strong skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions. Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
